The term “The Moon Pub” or “us” or “we” refers to the provider of the loyalty card. The term “you” or “cardholder” refers to the customer who has received a loyalty card.
On agreement to join the loyalty scheme you will be issued a collector card at The Moon Pub which is essential to collect points. Upon your first food order the card will be swiped to enter the points from that transaction. The till will issue a receipt which you should keep to register onto the scheme via our website at http://loyalty.themoonpub.com.
You will earn 1 point for every £1 spend on food - points are not awarded on drinks or any other service. Points can only be redeemed in blocks worth £5. For example, if you have 60 points worth £6 you can spend 50 points (£5) and the remaining 10 points (£1) will carry forward. Points cannot be redeemed at the point of award. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. You will only be able to redeem points if you have the card to present at the point of payment. As you purchase food at The Moon, as each 50 point mark passes, the till will print a receipt/voucher to advise that you have £5 collected. These vouchers cannot be redeemed, the points are allocated to the card, only the card can be used to redeem. The redemption can only be used for food sales.
